About the Role:

You will be part of the Nordic team in the office located in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our organization consists of dedicated and competent colleagues, where you will be a part of the team. We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented colleague to support Order Management in Denmark (and the other Nordic countries when needed).
What You Will Do:
- Maintain a high level of support within the team.
- Order management, placing and changing orders according to corporate guidelines.
- Create availability requests for customer escalations.
- Handle credit notes, returns, and customer claims.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction during and after contact with Order Management.
- Improve customer service processes together with the Operation Manager & Supply Chain.
- Handle and solve incoming requests and calls from wholesales and installers.
- Follow up on old orders (backlog), project orders, and secure deliveries.
- Become the internal knowledge bank within the area of Customer Service support.
- Support colleagues with information and answers to questions within your area of expertise.
- Be an active and proactive part of the Service organization.
- Support the Call Center with information, case handling, and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure cases are answered within a given time in the Customer Service Desktop (CSD) application, including case cleansing.
- Ensure routines and processes are documented, followed, and shared to improve processes within customer service to free up time to support customers.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Have relevant experience in a similar role or industry.
- Have technical understanding.
- Write and speak fluent Danish and English. Another Nordic language is a plus (Swedish).
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Find joy in helping people and making a difference in customers' daily lives.
- Be a good communicator and a passionate team player.
- Can take responsibility and work independently but also as part of a team.
- Be curious, driven, and have a "can-do" attitude.
