The Opportunity: We’re seeking a data-driven, hands-on Marketing Lead who is passionate about growth and performance marketing. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing strategies that generate demand, drive high-quality leads, and optimize marketing campaigns to achieve measurable growth. You’ll take charge of scaling our marketing efforts across multiple channels, ensuring Moxso’s brand is at the forefront of the cybersecurity space.

What You’ll Do:

  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a performance-driven marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth across key digital channels.
  • Lead Generation: Build and manage campaigns to drive high-quality leads into the sales funnel, optimizing every stage of the customer journey from awareness to conversion.
  • Performance Marketing: Oversee paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and organic growth (SEO, email marketing) channels to maximize ROI and lower CAC, continuously refining strategies through data and analytics.
  • Funnel Optimization: Own the optimization of key conversion points across the marketing and sales funnels, running A/B tests and experiments to improve metrics like MQL to SQL conversion rates and overall revenue impact.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use marketing analytics and CRM tools (HubSpot) to track performance, report on key KPIs, and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns and boost performance.
  • Budget & Channel Management: Manage marketing budgets across paid, earned, and owned media, ensuring high efficiency in spend and continuous scaling of successful channels.
  • Brand Growth: Enhance Moxso’s positioning as a trusted brand in cybersecurity through targeted messaging, consistent communication, and effective campaign delivery.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with sales, product, and external agencies to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals, while leading and mentoring junior team members to help execute campaigns.

  • Performance-Focused Marketer: Proven experience in running data-driven marketing campaigns with a strong focus on measurable growth, performance marketing, and lead generation.
  • Demand Generation Expert: Skilled in creating, managing, and optimizing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that consistently drive high-quality leads.
  • Paid Media Pro: Experienced in running paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook, with a deep understanding of how to optimize for conversions and ROI.
  • Funnel Optimizer: Adept at mapping customer journeys and improving conversion rates at all stages of the funnel, from awareness to lead nurturing and deal closure.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms to track campaign performance, report on KPIs, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative Leader: A natural leader with experience managing external partners and mentoring junior marketers, fostering a high-performance, data-centric marketing team.
  • Growth-Minded: Eager to experiment, iterate, and find scalable growth tactics to support Moxso’s rapid expansion.
  • SaaS Experience Preferred: Experience in B2B SaaS marketing is highly beneficial; an interest in cybersecurity will set you apart.
