We supply our solutions to leading international university hospitals including UMC Utrecht, Aarhus University Hospital and Karolinska University Hospital. Our healthcare solutions bring clinicians together while optimising patient-related workflows from start to end.

Columna – Systematic's EMR solution
Columna provides clear, actionable and simple overviews of a patient's course of treatment while supporting the documentation of treatment and clinical tasks. The solution effectively supports handling medicines, clinical measurements, notes and treatments, and providing an overview of the patient's medical history, diagnoses and contacts in the health service. The solution ensures coherence between clinical documentation and patient administration needs.

We have a strategic focus on further expansion in the Nordic and global healthcare markets. Join us on this journey, where you can make a significant impact on the development and implementation of healthcare solutions in Sweden and across the Nordics.

Drive, assist and execute the domain-specific activities
At Systematic you will be responsible for ensuring domain-specific knowledge in connection with the development of features and functions. Together with talented colleagues, you will ensure that the products work in domain-specific environments, and that the functionalities being developed comply with national standards and legislation and meet customer needs. In addition, you will make a difference by …

  • driving, assisting and executing the domain-specific activities towards the development of features and functions and customer-related activities in a team-oriented environment
  • sparring and knowledge-sharing on Swedish requirements with colleagues both in Denmark and Sweden
  • participating in the selected testing of features and functions
  • playing a central role in translating customer needs and requirements to match our software solutions
  • preparing and conducting meetings and workshops with customer representatives and clinicians, and documenting decisions and results.

Depending on your profile and experience, you will work in either the patient administration or the clinical part of the solution.

You will be part of a well-functioning specialist team consisting of domain advisors and solution architects all working closely together. You will typically be supporting development towards one Scrum-based development team with responsibility for one or more product areas.

You can expect some travel to our customer locations in the Nordic region.

Bring your healthcare background into play
To succeed in this role, you must have 5+ years of experience in the Swedish healthcare sector, preferably also with some software development experience. You have in-depth knowledge of a clinical setting in a health provider organisation in the Swedish healthcare sector, a strong understanding of IT and an interest in its impact on clinical users' everyday lives. We also expect you to be able to identify yourself in the following…

  • You have a relevant degree within healthcare (e.g. nurse, medical doctor, medical secretary or administrative staff), and preferably with an additional bachelor/master's degree in health informatics, software or similar.
  • You are proactive, clear and precise when communicating with stakeholders.
  • You are outgoing and solution-oriented.
  • You thrive in a team-oriented environment, but are also able to work independently.
  • You are a good communicator and presenter, both orally and in writing.
  • You take a structured approach, possess analytical skills and have an eye for detail.
  • You are fluent in English and Swedish and can work seamlessly with Danish-speaking colleagues.

For the solution's patient administrative role, you are required to have extensive knowledge of payment and billing, reporting and administration in the Swedish healthcare system, including understanding issues related to shielding, consent and health legislation.

For the solution's clinical role, you are required to have clinical knowledge of workflows and the flow and interaction between healthcare providers in a Swedish context.

Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects.
