This is an exciting time to join Carlsberg as we transition to a next-generation architecture, leveraging Azure cloud solutions to support our five-year business strategy. You would cooperate with great professionals focused on the Data Integration field.

What you'll be doing
Your tasks will mainly consist of:

• Supporting various global integration initiatives, from ERP upgrades and migrations to new operational & production tools as well as customer-facing applications.
• Collaborating with different Architects (Infrastructure, Network, Cloud) to deliver a long-term tech vision for cloud integration, working across the enterprise architecture landscape and vendor framework.
• Working with a team of distributed tech resources within Europe and India.
• Overseeing the broader vendor relationship ecosystem, including strategic tech partners like Microsoft, to ensure visibility and collaboration on long-term solutions addressing our challenges and needs.
• Establishing clear standards for cloud integration development and ensure products meet agreed standards.
• Building up and utilizing AIS tools such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), Logic Apps, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and API Management to streamline and enhance integration processes.

What we're looking for
The ideal candidate should have a proven history of experience working on complex projects and diverse environments, as well as recent experience in complex data integration.

Your skills and profile would include:

• Several years of experience in Azure with extensive implementation and consulting for implementing Azure Integration Services (or similar) and APIs.
• A proven history in cloud integration strategies and a deep understanding of best practices in the integration landscape.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure and associated network architecture.
• Familiarity with security requirements and audits in cloud environments.
• Relevant certifications in Azure or cloud technologies would be beneficial.
• Enjoy working in an international environment with stakeholders from various cultural backgrounds, being people-oriented, and enjoying group work.
• Results-oriented and self-directed, with the ability to drive change in a complex environment.
• Good business understanding and advanced interpersonal and presentation skills, with a focus on customer relationships.
• A strong analytical mind with a talent for leading and mentoring others.
• An enthusiasm for continuous learning and technology, especially within the Microsoft Stack and Azure.
• Embody Carlsberg's key values of being open, honest, and trustful.

About Carlsberg Integrated Information Technology (IIT)
Carlsberg IIT is the global provider of business services to all functions, regions, and markets in the Carlsberg Group. This includes business process design, system solutions, services, and system operations. IIT employs approx. 600 people. A tight collaboration with the local markets is established in all three regions; Western Europe, Eastern Europe, and Asia. Carlsberg IIT is mainly situated in Valby, Copenhagen.
