The Team

Join the AnalytiX team as our Data Analyst and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative Power BI solutions and automating manual data processes. You'll be part of a cross-functional team consisting of data engineers and data analysts. You'll have opportunities to collaborate across Data & AnalytiX function, where our shared passion for data drives us toward common goals of quality and ensuring satisfaction with our products.

This full-time position is based in either our Copenhagen group office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and fine-tune Power BI reports to meet business needs
  • Provide proactive maintenance of current solutions while optimizing them for better performance
  • Document solution designs and workflow in Miro for clear communication and alignment
  • Take part in developing data models that enable self-service BI
  • Facilitate discussions and meetings with product owners to understand business needs and align solutions accordingly
  • Ensure the smooth transition of existing solutions to a more scalable and future-proof setup
  • Contribute to the technical debt management of the Power BI platform and ensure best practices

To fit this role, we look for you who has:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
  • Strong passion for statistics and data analysis, and experience with large datasets and dimensional modelling.
  • Knowledge of ETL tools and data processing techniques.
  • Experience with data warehousing, data modeling and DAX programming.
  • Ability to work within an agile setup and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Confidence in engaging with stakeholders across various functions and asking insightful questions.
  • Fluent in English; Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.

As a person, you are naturally curious about new methods and technologies, enabling effective interaction with both technical and business teams (with the ability to translate tech lingo to something non-tech people can understand).
