Welcome to Innovation Project & Portfolio Management
Innovation Project & Portfolio Management is anchored in Research & Development and plays a critical role in Novonesis' ambition to develop new biosolutions to better the world with biology. You will be part of the Food and Beverages Innovation Project Management department, where we continuously grow our project management competencies through collaboration and knowledge sharing. The position is located in Denmark and refers to the Head of Innovation Project Management, Food and Beverages.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

1. Leading a number of New Product Development (NPD) projects with an off-set in unmet customer needs within Food and Beverages
2. Leveraging your project management toolbox to ensure clear direction and follow through in your projects
3. Facilitating and optimizing the cross-functional collaboration by creating an environment of trust and accountability
4. Exploring ways to continuously validate commercial and technical project assumptions as a foundation for fast and efficient decision making and project execution
5. Fostering a strong collaboration with stakeholders across the project organisation

To succeed you must hold:

1. A relevant Master's degree within science and significant experience within biotechnology and innovation.
2. A track record within business administration will be valuable
3. A minimum of 3 years of project management experience with complex projects (preferably in food science)
4. A solid project management toolbox, preferably including experience with agile ways of working in product development
5. A strong drive and the ability to translate science into customer needs and business value
6. A strong analytical- and problem-solving skills
7. Excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling you to take the lead on strategic projects
8. A passion for collaborating with stakeholders at all organisational levels

Personally, you are self-driven, engaged, and proactive. You enjoy working in teams, and you are curious, collaborative, and supportive.
