Om NCC Engineering
NCC Engineering består af ca. 34 tværfaglige kollegaer, som udfører design og projektering på NCC’s totalentrepriser i såvel nybyg som renovering.
Afdelingen er delt op i 3 enheder fordelt på VVS/ventilation, El og Konstruktion.
Afdelingen udfører projekter inden for EL, VVS, Ventilation og Konstruktioner til nybyg og renoveringsprojekter, og står for størstedelen af projekteringsopgaverne for NCC’s Property Development afdeling, som står for flere af nutidens spændende byggeprojekter.
Hos NCC udfører de flere af de spændende byggeprojekter i branchen – derfor vil du virkelig have mulighed for at imponere med din faglighed.
Arbejdsopgaver
Vi søger en dygtig og erfaren VVS-ingeniør som allerede har erfaring som fagleder eller potentiale og ønske om at blive fagleder. Som fagleder vil du spille en central rolle i at drive vores projekter fremad, sikre høj kvalitet i leverancerne og bidrage til den fortsatte udvikling af afdelingen.
Dine daglige opgaver vil bl.a. omfatte ledelse og fordeling af opgaver til projektholdet, samt aktiv deltagelse i selve projekteringen.
Dine Ansvarsområder Inkluderer
  • Styring og varetagelse af projekter, herunder planlægning af tid, økonomi og ressourcer
  • Løbende opfølgning på projekter og deltagelse i nødvendige afklaringsmøder
  • Ledelse og fordeling af opgaver til projektholdet, samt sikring af klar kommunikation og opgaveforståelse
  • Aktiv deltagelse i projektering
  • Bidrag til udviklingen af afdelingen og sikring af løbende forbedringer og effektiviseringer
Du vil blive en del af et dedikeret og fagligt stærkt team, hvor der er fokus på både faglig udvikling og samarbejde.
Kompetencer
Den rette profil har min. 7 års erfaring med VVS/ventilationsprojektering i kombination med en relevant uddannelse i forhold til at løse opgaverne.
Du kan udvise personlig integritet, fremtræde professionelt og tillidsvækkende. Du evner at agere helhedsorienteret og med handlekraft.
Du Kan Genkende Følgende
  • Senior profil med erfaring inden for VVS/ventilation
  • Erfaring fra byggeri, enten som rådgiver, entreprenør eller leverandør
  • Gerne 1-2 års erfaring som fagleder eller projektleder, med dokumenteret erfaring i at lede og styre et team af ingeniører og tekniske designere
  • Stor faglig styrke inden for projektering og ledelse, samt evne til at sikre fremdrift og kvalitet i projekterne
  • Nysgerrig på den løbende udvikling inden for normer og certificeringer, samt villig til at samarbejde med afdelingslederen for at sikre, at vi altid er opdateret
Du finder det naturligt at sikre et godt og konstruktivt samarbejde med såvel interne som eksterne samarbejdspartnere, kunder og andre.
