About The Role
This role falls under our premium brand, KEVIN.MURPHY , and we are looking for an ERP Specialist to join us full-time.
As a KEVIN.MURPHY ERP Specialist , you will possess expertise in the ERP platform Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. You will be self-motivated and results-driven, while also thriving as a collaborative team player. You enjoy working closely across departments to help users maximize the value and efficiency of our platform, ensuring optimal outcomes for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1st line support for ERP systems users
- Determining ERP needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations.
- Providing ERP end-user training together with L&D specialist
- Documenting ERP processes and preparing deployment progress updates.
- Manage external vendors and developers enhancing ERP platform and integrated apps
- Update internal stakeholders of changes/updates to the platform
- Keeping informed of the latest ERP developments, upgrades, and offerings.
Who You Are:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as an ERP consultant in a similar industry.
- Microsoft Dynamics Business Central experience necessary.
- Experienced with native reporting, Excel & Power BI.
- Experience working with Supply, Finance and CSR functions.
- Extensive knowledge of business processes, ERP development tools and project management toolsets.
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills (English)
- Eagerness to learn best practice in Business Applications
- Superb problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Capable of troubleshooting end-users general IT issues.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Given the global nature of this role and the need to collaborate with colleagues across different continents and time zones, flexibility is crucial. English will be the primary language used in your daily work.
