Som en del af vores Learning & Development-team får du en unik position, hvor du er med til at skabe engagerende og udviklende initiativer og læring til vores medarbejdere, så de kan understøtte vores ambitiøse 2030-strategi.

Internt agerer du samarbejdspartner overfor forretningen i at skabe relevant udvikling og digitalt indhold. Det kan være forretningsrelevant eller af lovmæssig karakter. Der kan også være tale om større tværgående projekter, hvor du bliver tovholder og sikrer processen fra start til slut. Uanset opgavens omfang, vil du få en vigtig rolle som sparringspartner og udfordrer, for at sikre, at indholdet er i tråd med vores strategiske handlingsplaner.

Jobbet har en høj grad af ansvar og frihed til at tage de beslutninger du finder rigtig for den enkelte løsning. Du er med til at udvælge de eksterne leverandører der kan bringe os i mål, og som kan skabe det stærkeste content for vores brugere.

Din profil
Vi søger en engageret og erfaren Learning & Development specialist, der kan bidrage til at forme og videreudvikle vores medarbejderes lærings- og udviklingsrejser. For at få succes i denne rolle, forventer vi, at du har dokumenteret erfaring med opbygning af læringsindhold, kendskab til læringsplatforme som Learningsbank, Vyond og Articulate Storyline eller lignende, viden om mediekommunikation og SCORM-standarder, samt erfaring med AI-værktøjer.

Du har en videregående uddannelse indenfor uddannelsesvidenskab, kommunikation, læring, medievidenskab eller lignende.

Som person er du nysgerrig, positiv og imødekommende. Du er dygtig til at skabe og vedligeholde relationer og trives i dialogen med forretningen. I din rolle fungerer du både som sparringspartner og bidragsyder, og du er ikke bange for at stille de kritiske spørgsmål, der kan drive udviklingen fremad.

Vores team
Bliv en del af vores dynamiske Learning & Development-team, som er en integreret del af People & Culture i NRGi. Vi er et lille, men dedikeret team på fire medarbejdere, der hver især bringer unikke kompetencer og perspektiver til bordet. Selvom vi ofte arbejder fra forskellige lokationer, prioriterer vi vores fællesmøder, hvor vi sparrer, deler viden og diskuterer vejen frem for vores tværgående projekter. Dette samarbejde sikrer, at vi altid leverer de bedst mulige løsninger for NRGi.
