Role Overview:
The Vendor Management Assistant will play a critical role in supporting our Physical Security Department. You will have the opportunity to contribute to economic analysis, financial management, performance review, vendor management, and administrative tasks, while also gaining insight into vendor management and the operations of a robust physical security department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of budgetary plans for the Physical Security Department.
- Support the analysis and interpretation of financial data to help forecast departmental costs.
- Aid in administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Participate in strategic meetings related to economic planning and administrative processes.
- Assist in auditing and inventory control procedures.
- Support the team in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments and vendors to ensure smooth financial and administrative operations.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail.
- Advanced oral and written communication abilities.
- Great English skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Highly independent with a robust capacity for handling multiple tasks efficiently and an organized approach.
- Interest in physical security operations is advantageous.
It's a prerequisite to speak and write fluently in Danish.
The working hours are on average between 15-20 hours per week, but we are flexible and understand that you also have studies to attend to.
The role is based in Copenhagen (København K). Some remote work may be possible depending on company policies.
