Key responsibilities:

  1. Designing the Building Management System with Building Management System PI diagrams, wiring diagrams, and functional descriptions.
  2. Review and validate technical choices for compliance with the design based on the Technical Design Process.
  3. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and team members to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and customer specifications.
  4. Execute on-site technical activities, gathering necessary technical information to support the Engineering teams under the guidance of the Project Technical Senior Engineer.
  5. Participate in technical discussions and clarification with customers, serving as a technical contact for technical-related matters.
  6. Support the development of engineering deliverables under the leadership of the Project Manager, maintaining regular communication with team members and providing technical status reports.
  7. Participate in meetings with customers, consultants, contractors, and commissioning agents.

Skills and attributes:

  1. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with global teams and complying with global standards.
  2. Experience working on large-scale projects and platforms in a B2B environment.
  3. You have a technical background with previous experience in Building Automation Systems.
  4. Familiarity with codes, local project regulations, construction practices, and the latest equipment functional concepts.
  5. Knowledge of engineering outputs such as System architecture, technical submissions for hardware/software, sub-systems interfacing points, detailed point schedules, control panel drawings, equipment and control valve schedules, description of operations, test scripts.
  6. Knowledge of HVAC applications and interactions with other contractors' deliveries.
  7. Strong skills in flexibility, reliability, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
  8. Excellent communication and alertness in addressing technical issues, along with proficiency in using integrated digital tools for work efficiency.
  9. Experience with Building Management Systems.
