In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop and deploy applicable and relevant strategies to handle the ongoing activities performed by the designated sales. Facilitates regular sales management reviews involving the country sales team ensuring the applicability and continuous improvement of processes, initiatives, and budget(s);
- Directly responsible for developing the business for SYSS within the country, including collaboration and reporting status and performance to the Nordics SYSS Sales Director covering the full Process Systems & Solutions, Reliability Solutions, Industrial Software, and Power and Water Solutions products and services portfolio;
- Collaborate closely with the other Country Sales Managers within the Nordics, with the functional sales managers responsible for Installed Base and Reliability Solutions, as well as with relevant collaborators from Operations (projects and services), to increase the business potential for Emerson;
- Sales Activity Planning: Develop and ensure effective sales activity planning through the progress and execution of specific sales channel plans;
- Orders Forecasting: Coordinate the collection of data and conduct regular performance reviews across the dedicated region; Assist the Nordic SYSS Sales Director in running the territory POR processes, preparing budget, and mid-year/follow-up reviews;
- Develop quantitative and qualitative business and performance targets for designated resources in collaboration with the Nordic SYSS Sales Director, as well as actively contribute to deliver on and develop these for the designated country;
- Represent Emerson in interactions with customers and drive their dedication by adopting and implementing the vision of Systems & Software Solutions as a trusted advisor and problem solver;
- Actively supply to achieve sales excellence by providing, and personally maintaining, the business data accuracy and integrity in CRM and other systems;
- Provide direct and indirect sales support for any accounts either temporarily or permanently not covered by any of the available field sales resources in the country team. Support the Nordic SYSS Sales Director when required.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Degree level in Engineering field (or higher) or equivalent is required;
- 3-5 years proven experience;
- Experience in developing successful relationships internally, cross-functionally, within a matrix organization is required;
- Team management and/or leadership experience is required;
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing are required;
- Industry proficiency and application knowledge are required;
- A proven record of direct selling in a technical sales environment is required;
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- English and Danish proficiency to business standards are required;
- Ability and willingness to travel (domestically) in order to fulfill duties of the role is required;
- Experience of operating within and possessing a broad knowledge of the process control and instrumentation market is an advantage.
