Staffing & Workforce Planning Lead

Your Primary Tasks
- Proactively align staffing plans with business priorities, ensuring the right people are matched to the right projects — balancing organizational needs with individual preferences and career growth.
- Partner with recruiting leads to identify and prioritize recruitment efforts based on business-critical needs.
- Develop and maintain structured onboarding plans to ensure smooth and effective integration for new colleagues.
- Collaborate with management to build and execute training and development initiatives, ensuring teams have the competencies needed to meet evolving business demands.
- Own and manage our HR system (TalentTech) in partnership with the Chief of Staff, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and effective system utilization.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, and workforce planning — ideally within management consulting industry.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, building alignment and fostering collaboration across teams and leadership.
- Commercial mindset, with the ability to connect talent decisions to business objectives and project outcomes.
- Process improvement focus — you're always looking for ways to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Independent, decisive, and organized, with a talent for juggling competing priorities without losing sight of the big picture.
