Som Project Lead vil du have ansvaret for at sikre retning, struktur og prioritering i Engineerings delprojekt der omhandler udbygning af CAD og anden produktions dokumentation. Din rolle vil indeholde aspekter af projektledelse, teknisk rådgivning, CAD og andet teknisk arbejde.

Som Project Lead vil du have en række forskellige opgaver, herunder:

  • Ansvar for at definere og prioritere arbejdet i en tværorganisatorisk gruppe med henblik på at hæve vores produktionsgrundlag til verdensklasse.
  • Arbejde med systemopbygning, struktur og forbedring af vores CAD, PLM og ERP.
  • Udføre opgaver inden for CAD, PLM og ERP.

  • En person, der motiveres af at lede forandringer på tværs af organisationen.
  • Er dygtig til at skabe samarbejde på tværs i en kompleks og international organisation. Trives i både produktionsmiljø men også at kommunikere med stakeholders globalt.
  • Dybdegående kendskab til CAD, PLM og ERP, og hvis du har erfaring med CREO, Windchill og SAP vil det være en fordel.
  • En teamplayer med gode kommunikationsevner (dansk og engelsk).
  • Gerne erfaring fra en større produktionsvirksomhed og trives i tværorganisatoriske projekter.
  • Formentlig en teknisk baggrund som ingeniør, maskinmester eller konstruktør.
  • Det er en fordel, hvis du har erfaring og en interesse for med ledelse/større ansvarsområde.
  • Du behøver ikke have kendskab til køleanlæg og varmepumper men det er vigtigt, at du har lyst til at lære og kan bringe dine erfaringer i spil.
