Dies ist die Rolle
Als Senior Content Manager*in bist du verantwortlich für die Umsetzung und Verwaltung unserer Podcast-Inhalte.
Du wirst die Produktion begleiten, Performance verfolgen, analysieren und optimieren, konstruktives Feedback geben und Beziehungen zu Partnern und Talenten pflegen.
Deine Fähigkeit, Projekte effektiv zu managen und Formate anzutreiben, wird entscheidend dazu beitragen, unsere Reichweite zu vergrößern und unsere Hörer*innen zu begeistern.

Deine Hauptaufgaben in dieser Funktion:

  • Projektmanagement und Pre-Production: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Teams, externen Partner*Innen wie Produktionen, Managements und Talents planst und begleitest Du die Produktion und den Launch einer Show. Du stellst sicher, dass Budget-, Produktions- und Veröffentlichungspläne eingehalten werden und hast einen Überblick über die Ziele Deiner Shows.
  • Teamkoordination, Produktion und Post-Production: In Abstimmung mit dem Team und / oder externen Partner*Innen wie Produktionen und Managements koordinierst du die Aufnahmen. Du stellst sicher, dass der Podcast und die Episoden, inklusive Metadaten, zum richtigen Zeitpunkt veröffentlicht werden.
  • Performance-Analyse und Aktivierung: Du analysierst die Performance der Podcasts, identifizierst Chancen zur Steigerung und arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing-Team zusammen um bestehende User*innen zu binden und neue zu gewinnen. Du erstellst Performance-Reports und unterstützt unsere Creator dabei, den Podcast und die Aktivierung voranzutreiben.
  • Partner- und Talentmanagement: Bei Deinen Shows bist Du Ansprechpartner*in Nr. 1 für unsere Teams und externe Stakeholder. Du pflegst den Kontakt zu den Partner*Innen und deinen Creators. Bei Show Verlängerungen führst du Gespräche mit den jeweiligen Partnern und verhandelst kleinere Anpassungen.

Das bist du

  • Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Content Management, idealerweise im Bereich Podcasts oder digitale Medien.
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und kannst mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig managen, ohne den Überblick zu verlieren.
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Inhalte und kannst konstruktives Feedback geben.
  • Du bist kommunikativ stark und kannst Beziehungen zu Partnern und Talenten effektiv pflegen.
  • Du hast Verhandlungsgeschick und bist in der Lage, Win-Win-Situationen zu schaffen.
  • Du hast grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Audioproduktion und -bearbeitung.
  • Du arbeitest gerne in einem internationalen Team und bist flexibel genug, um dich an verschiedene Kulturen und Arbeitsweisen anzupassen.
  • Du bist proaktiv und kreativ in deiner Herangehensweise an Content- und Marketingstrategien.
  • Du hast Spaß daran, Zahlen und Performance zu verfolgen und dich gemeinsam mit dem Team an Lösungen und Optimierungen zu setzen.
