Regional Sales Manager

Mission of position: Responsible for the development and expansion of the ams OSRAM business in the region, and lead partners to successful target achievements.
Key Responsibilities:- Executing the sales strategy for the region, mapping clients by segments to determine tactics and actions.
- Identifying and generating leads through networking, cold-calling and marketing, converting into key accounts.
- Elaborating sales planning for key accounts.
- Pursue quality and customer satisfaction.
- Designing Plan Marketing actions in conjunction with Distributors.
- Managing leads and opportunities through Sales Force for funnel analysis.
- Reporting over data on sales, projects won/lost and market projections through Sales Force and business reviews.
- Managing distribution accounts, providing support for pending management issues.
- Promoting demand creation with distributors and managing the customers coverage through them.
- Organizing monthly business reviews for the focused accounts and QBR's including Mass Markets and new leads with Distributors.
- Explore new opportunities across the region, towards new applications, new markets in all countries.
- Make sure all invoices for direct customers are respecting our Terms and Conditions.
- Comply with local office policies.
