WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Produce ads for a variety of clients across various digital channels and formats: programmatic, paid social, display etc.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create solutions for our clients that solve design challenges and improve advertising performance.
  • Develop HTML5 (HTML, CSS, Javascript) templates and assets for multiple clients.
  • Proactively stay up-to-date with digital trends and evolving formats, tools and processes.
  • Produce work that maintains consistency and high graphic standards.
  • Help develop our internal tools and software for automation and workflow optimization.
  • Mentor and teach your craft to the junior developers.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A strong portfolio that showcases your coding and animation skills.
  • Excellent HTML5 (HTML, CSS, Javascript) skills.
  • Adobe Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Good understanding of responsive web development using CSS.
  • Solid knowledge of digital technologies, best practices, standards and frameworks.
  • Has the skills to translate rough concept and ideas into banner masterpieces.
  • Pulse on current digital marketing landscape, platforms, and evolving formats.
  • A dependable, problem solving, meticulous, and creative personality.
  • Experience in Node.js development and git workflows.
  • Willingness to push out-of-the-box thinking on all work, no matter the creative format or project.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with well-known display platforms such as Smartly, Studio, Bannerflow, DoubleClick Studio, JustPremium or any automation/DCO solutions is a plus.
