Du vil blive en del af afdelingen Security and Infrastructure, som er en del af KMDs forretningsenhed Human Capital Management. Vi er en produktforretning med ansvar for vores leverancer, produkter og drift. Dette betyder du vil få kendskab til en lang række KMD-produkter, hvor du skal være med til at understøtte forretningen i forskellige marketingsaktiviteter samt andre kommunikationsaktiviteter.

Vi er et mindre team bestående af 6 kollegaer. Vi er primært erfarne kollegaer, som varetager forskellige roller herunder projektledere, udviklere, implementeringskonsulenter og sikkerhedsarkitekter. Fælles for vores arbejde er at sikre driften, vedligeholdelsen og videreudviklingen af vores produkter og services.

På tværs af vores team arbejder vi med konkrete og komplekse IT-sikkerhedsudfordringer. Det er derfor en nødvendighed, at vi er i tæt dialog med vores kunder, og engagerer os i deres forretning, deres organisering og strategiske mål med it-sikkerhed.

Vi er sikre på, at vi kan finde en interessant rolle til dig som studerende, som både vil udfordre dig fagligt og være med til at opbygge din erhvervserfaring.

Vi er alle placeret på lokationen i Aalborg, hvor din gang ligeledes vil være.

Om dine arbejdsopgaver

Nedenfor kan du se en liste over nogle af de arbejdsopgaver, som vi søger hjælp til:

  1. Assistere med udarbejdelse af marketingmateriale, herunder artikler, nyhedsbreve og sociale medieopslag.
  2. Hjælpe med at planlægge og udføre kampagner rettet mod både eksisterende og potentielle kunder.
  3. Understøtte salgsafdelingen med forberedelse af præsentationer, produktmaterialer og kundeanalyser.
  4. Være med til at skabe visuelt materiale, fx grafikker til sociale medier og brochurer (Photoshop eller lignende erfaring er et plus).
  5. Bidrage til vores kommunikationsstrategi og sikre, at vores budskaber når ud til de rette målgrupper.

En eventuel konkretisering af arbejdsopgaverne og dine ønsker hertil vil vi kunne følge op på til en potentiel jobsamtale.

Om dig

Du er i gang med en uddannelse inden for kommunikation, marketing eller lignende, og du ønsker at opnå erfaring fra erhvervslivet. Som person er du engageret og i stand til at arbejde selvstændigt. Du ønsker at lære nyt, fordi du ved, at det er vejen frem. Du trives med forskelligartede opgaver, og du kaster dig gerne ud i noget helt nyt.

Ydermere forventes det, at du er:

  1. Er analytisk stærk og kan strukturere dit arbejde.
  2. Har gode kommunikationsevner, både skriftligt og mundtligt.
  3. Har erfaring med Photoshop, Canva eller lignende programmer (et plus, men ikke et krav).

Om det sociale

KMD ligger stor vægt på sociale aktiviteter og har en lang række ”Communities” internt i organisationen. Som studentermedarbejder vil du få mulighed for at deltage i Student Professionals og blive en del af et stærkt netværk på mere end 120 studerende på tværs af KMDs lokationer. Netværket afholder flere arrangementer i løbet af året, hvis primære formål er socialisering.

Ydermere findes der fritids- og sportsudvalg, Young Professionals netværket og en række årlige personalefester, samt fredagsbarer, hvor der er rig mulighed for at socialisere med kollegaer udenfor en arbejdskontekst.
