Et af vores strategiske fokusområder er at kunne give vores kunder og samarbejdspartnere den bedste oplevelse i forbindelse med teknisk support på deres produkter samt træning i korrekt brug og anvendelse. Den gode kundeoplevelse er et vigtigt fokuspunkt i Aftersales Technical Support.

Hovedopgaven i jobbet vil være at servicere globale salgs- og serviceregioner med teknisk support og træning. Supporten foregår i dag pr. mail samt over Teams og telefon, men der er flere igangværende udviklingsprojekter rettet mod at digitalisere vores service- og reservedelsprodukter. Af og til foregår træning på kundens adresse, hvorfor der må forventes ca. 20-30 rejsedage om året.

Sammen med de øvrige kolleger i Aftersales vil du få en væsentlig rolle i at sikre, at supportopgaverne håndteres på bedst mulige måde, og at vi løbende optimerer vores processer.

Du får reference til vores Aftersales Director og vil arbejde tæt sammen med øvrige kolleger i Aftersales teknisk support, garanti samt reservedele. Der vil desuden være rig mulighed for sparring og netværk med tilsvarende kolleger inden for Bucher-koncernen. Du kommer til at sidde i nyindrettede kontorer, som en del af Kompetence Centeret i Silkeborg.

Du bliver ansvarlig for:

  • Teknisk support primært til Bucher Municipal-produkter
  • Support til brug og fejlsøgning på sensorer og aktuatorer til maskinstyring
  • Rådgivning af kunder for anvendelse af hydraulik, tryk- og flowregulering
  • Udarbejdelse af træningsmateriale til kunder og forhandlere
  • Træning og undervisning af kunder i maskinanvendelse
  • Forståelse for styringssoftware og automation samt motorstyringer
  • Implementere softwareopdateringer på maskinen
  • Opbygning af supportdokumentation
  • Systematisk fejlfinding
  • Garantihåndtering

Hvem er vores nye kollega?

Du har relevant teknisk baggrund med erfaring som f.eks. maskinmester, PLC-programmering, installation og idriftsættelse af industrielle procesanlæg, erfaring med systematisk fejlfinding eller erfaring med hydraulikinstallationer.

Du har flere års erfaring med at have kontakt direkte til dem, der anvender teknisk udstyr, og med at give dem support via telefon samt anvendelse af remote logins i kombination med en række it-værktøjer.

Du arbejder systematisk og grundigt med dine opgaver og har altid øje for detaljerne. Du kan samarbejde med alle typer af mennesker og er god til at motivere de kolleger, som skal bidrage med oplysninger eller materiale til dig.

Du har teknisk indsigt og kan læse og forstå reservedelsdokumentation og tegninger og trives med at være med til at opbygge systemer, struktur og orden. Du behersker Office-pakken og gerne også Microsoft D365, men oplæring vil finde sted. Du er flydende i dansk og engelsk i både skrift og tale.
