In this role at Teradyne Robotics (Universal Robots & MIR), you have a unique opportunity to work with highly skilled colleagues in a global robotics organization. You will work closely with our team of project leaders and operational excellence specialists to deliver results from improvements and projects within production, quality, and supply chain. You feel good about working in a vibrant environment that will challenge your professional skills.

Improving Operations

With your structured and proactive mindset as well as your passion for driving improvement projects you own the results of the projects where you drive improvements.

Further duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Drive complex projects to ensure improvement across operations
  2. Work closely with management on the execution of our Operations Strategy
  3. Facilitate and embrace cross-functional work
  4. Manage and communicate with team members and stakeholders
  5. Report continuously on project status, budget, timeline, and risks
  6. Facilitate our Lean and continuous improvement culture
  7. Analyze cause and effect relations, define and implement corrective / Improvement actions
  8. Close collaboration with Quality, Production, warehouse, supply chain, sourcing, IT and R&D
  9. Facilitate Project funnel, review business cases, prioritize and with management decide which initiatives to start
  10. Share best practice with team

As a Project Leader at Bachelor or Master level, you understand the value in and how to improve and drive optimization. You are a talented communicator and excel in ensuring that all stakeholders are heard and on board when initiating change management processes.

Additionally, we imagine that you come with:

  1. Project Leader experience, preferably from operations & supply chain
  2. Experience with managing small and larger projects
  3. Use of Prince2, PMP or other project management background/tools will be an advantage
  4. Knowledge of Six Sigma project tools
  5. English and Danish at a high level (spoken and written)
  6. Experience from a similar role is an advantage
