Stillingen

Med reference til Supply Chain and Operation Director får du en central rolle i forhold til at drive forandringsledelse og sikre løbende forbedringer i hele forsyningskæden – heriblandt også tværgående processer. Resultaterne skabes igennem involvering, kommunikation og synlighed.

Opgaverne vil blandt andet være:

  • Drive optimeringsprojekter i hele forsyningskæden for at sikre et optimalt flow og forbedre effektiviteten og produktiviteten.
  • Analysere processer for at identificere og etablere beslutningsgrundlaget for optimeringsprojekter, hvor du ofte vil være tovholder på implementeringen.
  • Kontinuerlige forbedringer ved afholdelse af Kaizen-møder og sikre måling af fremdrift af Kaizen aktiviteter.
  • Forestå introduktion/undervisning i LEAN-værktøjer som 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, VSM, Standard Work, flow produktion m.v.

Der er flere indgange til stillingen. Du er sandsynligvis ingeniør, produktionsteknolog eller har en anden teknisk baggrund inden for produktion eller virksomhedssystemer. Det er forventeligt, at du har et stort kendskab til LEAN og brænder for forandringsledelse i en produktionsvirksomhed. Det vigtigste er dog, at du brænder for at arbejde med mennesker.

Du skal kunne analysere og strukturere data som grundlag for beslutningsoplæg. Det er nødvendigt, at du kan tale og skrive engelsk og har kendskab til kvalitetsstyringssystemer og ERP-systemer.

  • God til at samarbejde og kommunikere med alle uanset organisatorisk niveau.
