Trustpilot is expanding, and we invite you to apply for the position of Student Assistant in our Accounting Team in Copenhagen. You'll support the Accounts Payable Team with various day-to-day tasks; no day is the same. In Accounts Payable, we handle supplier invoices, expense reports, and credit cards for all nine of our entities, which requires attention to detail and concentration.

What You'll Be Doing

Things you'll support us with:

  • Processing of incoming tickets
  • Creation of new suppliers
  • Scanning/processing of supplier invoices
  • Communicating with suppliers and employees
  • Reviewing employee expenses
  • Ad hoc task/reconciliations

You'll work 15-20 hours weekly.

  • Equipped to manage responsibilities alone while developing new skills
  • Currently studying a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
