Primary Purpose & Scope:

At TCC Global, we are passionate about crafting innovative loyalty marketing solutions that elevate customer engagement and strengthen brand loyalty for some of the world's leading retailers. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Director to join our team and drive exceptional results in this engaging field.

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop tailored marketing and loyalty concepts for diverse (food) retail formats, aligning solutions with client goals.
  2. Analyse market opportunities, client strategies, and competitive landscapes within the designated region.
  3. Educate existing and potential clients about the full spectrum of TCC solutions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  4. Create compelling business cases for campaigns and platforms that clearly articulate the value of retailer investments.
  5. Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in client organizations, becoming a trusted advisor.
  6. Design and implement innovative sales strategies and campaigns based on client insights and market research, collaborating closely with the Head of Sales.
  7. Identify and target new clients to expand business opportunities in the Nordics (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway), recognizing future growth potential.
  8. Present new business strategies, campaign performance, and project updates to national clients.
  9. Win over potential clients with well-developed concepts that cater to their unique needs.
  10. Foster strong customer relationships, leading to long-term partnerships and profitable deals.
  11. Take ownership of profit and loss responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior sales, marketing management, or key account management roles.
  2. Proven experience in the food retail sector and a deep understanding of its dynamics.
  3. A service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to client engagement and relationship management.
  4. Expertise in complex sales processes, including the ability to develop bespoke projects tailored to client needs.
  5. Strong analytical abilities and a business development mindset, coupled with a competitive spirit and a desire to excel.
  6. Exceptional diplomatic negotiation skills, with a track record of successful sales closures.
  7. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external key decision-makers.
  8. Fluent in English (sales, negotiation, and communication) with proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language essential (Danish ideally).
  9. Willingness to travel as required.
