Quantity Surveyor - New Build Data Centre - Copenhagen

Our client is a well-respected Civil Engineering Contractor who operates throughout the UK and Mainland Europe. They now seek a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
  1. Pricing of change orders
  2. Measurement of client design drawings with a particular focus on earthworks, underground services, reinforced concrete, and formwork
  3. Dealing with subcontractor orders and general paperwork
  4. Management of the company's cost ledger in respect of a Joint Venture arrangement
  5. Procurement of materials including pipework, chambers, pumps, etc.
  6. Creating monthly applications towards the client and understanding and developing project budgets
  7. Dealing with client queries related to the scope of works – good understanding of BoQ and SoW
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
  1. 3-5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role
  2. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
  3. Accredited by RICS and/or CIOB
  4. Experience within the civils and utilities sector
