Who are we looking for?

This position calls for the ability to prioritize tasks and process them efficiently. This will require you not to be afraid of asking questions when clarifications are needed. Moreover, you relate to both people and tasks with an open and positive attitude. We are looking for a strong team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic working environment.

Finally, We Are Looking For Someone Who Is
  1. Currently Studying.
  2. SAP experience is preferred.
  3. Proficient in oral and written English.
  4. Proficiency in Danish is required.
Key Responsibilities

You will join the Buyers team within Operational Procurement & Stock, where you will be provided with an in-depth insight into the everyday work life interfacing with a multitude of stakeholders.

Overall, you will be supporting the Buyers with the shared mailbox, where you will be able to manage and shape your daily tasks independently. Thus, you will be given a clear area of responsibility which will depend to a certain extent on your experience, personality and educational background. There will be routine tasks, and opportunities to be involved in different tasks across the team.

Your area of responsibility will include tasks such as:

  • Contract support to buyers;
  • Creation, maintenance and updating contracts in SAP;
  • Maintain open orders, update delivery dates, prices etc.;
  • Correspondence with vendors;
  • Close collaboration with buyers;
  • Inform the requisitioner of any changes in delivery date, changes to material etc.;
  • Ad hoc tasks.
