To ensure the continued growth and development for our dedicated employees in Project Management Consultancy, we are looking for a Head of Discipline to join our team and to be a professional beacon within Project Management/Client Consultancy. As a team of 115 dedicated specialists, we work closely with our customers on some of Denmark's most significant projects. As Head of Discipline, you will lead our team to new heights.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Leading a group of approximately 25 client consultants and being responsible for technical & professional development while also contributing to strategy and implementation
• Guiding, mentoring, and developing a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of growth, inclusion and collaboration
• Acting as a senior specialist / discipline lead on projects
• Engaging with clients and partners to understand project needs and deliver innovative solutions

• A relevant technical background within Client Consultancy or Project Management Consultancy
• People management experience, fostering professional growth and development within your team
• Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders
• The ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources effectively and be an inspirational leader for your team
• Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English with the ability to convey complex technical concepts and ideas clearly.
