At Falck, we are setting the scene for our new Global HRIS implementation, and we are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team. Do you have experience with HRIS implementations or any ERP relevant to this initiative? If so, this could be the opportunity for you.

You will be part of the core team and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including People & Culture, Digital Technology, Finance, and Business stakeholders to ensure a seamless and successful implementation. You will play a critical role in building a scalable and efficient HRIS set-up globally and delivering operational excellence on a day-to-day basis.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and resource allocation.
  • Manage projects according to the committed plan of deliverables, incorporating change management activities and addressing risks and issues.
  • Define and implement an optimal project management methodology, aligning with our Digital Technology Governance Model.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Motivate and inspire teams and stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Measure and report on the progress and outcomes of change initiatives, utilizing relevant KPIs and indicators.
  • Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to proactively plan and execute project activities.
  • Manage vendor/supplier relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
  • Daily cooperation with outsourced delivery teams and managers who support all the products in scope.
  • Address/respond to escalations when services are not running as expected.
About you

Your experience:

  • Extensive practical experience in managing medium and large IT projects or programs in a global working environment.
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration between business and digital development with larger implementations, such as with experience in ERP projects – especially Oracle HCM.
  • Previous experience with implementation of HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Experience in measuring and reporting on the progress and outcomes of change initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, team-building, critical thinking, and proactive planning skills.
  • Strong ability to motivate and inspire project teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in negotiation, vendor/supplier management, risk and issues management, and time management.
