Velasca opens a new store in Kronprinsensgade 12 in Copenhagen, and we are looking for a Store Manager with excellent sales skills, a polished appearance, strong retail experience with a mid-to-high-end audience, and the ability to embody our brand's values and image.

The Store Manager at Velasca Copenhagen is responsible for leading the store’s daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. This role involves managing staff, maintaining brand standards, and creating a welcoming environment that reflects Velasca's values. Key duties include overseeing sales targets, team management, and store presentation, while handling customer interactions and operational challenges effectively.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
  2. Drive sales performance and develop strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  3. Ensure outstanding customer service and a positive in-store experience.
  4. Train, lead, and motivate the store team, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  5. Manage stock levels, inventory, and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
  6. Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  7. Monitor store performance metrics and report on KPIs.
  8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Velasca’s values in all customer interactions.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in premium or luxury goods.
  2. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  3. Ability to meet sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational issues.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  6. Passion for made in Italy.
  7. The candidate will be expected to play a key role in expanding Velasca's presence in Copenhagen and provide a high-end shopping experience.
