Who We Are

Grand Joanne offers guests 162 hotel rooms, an Italian restaurant & bar, a rooftop terrace, and several meeting and event spaces. But it is more than just that—it's a place where warmth, personality, and service come together to create something special.

Located in the heart of Copenhagen, we welcome guests in a cosy atmosphere, with a strong sense of community and commitment to quality. Our team members are the heart of everything we do, and we take pride in creating an environment where everyone can grow and feel seen.

The rooftop , opening in April, serves drinks and snacks in a laid-back atmosphere. Located on the 6th floor of the hotel, the space is loved by locals, hotel guests, and tourists alike. In summer, it's the ideal spot to catch some sun, try excellent drinks, and listen to the DJ playing. We serve everything from beer to cocktails, making it accessible to everybody.

The Role

As a part of our rooftop team, you and your colleagues will handle all aspects of the guest experience. From welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving drinks & snacks, you will be the face of the location.
You will ensure that the service standards are met and ideally come with relevant experience. Most importantly, you will be living the Grand Joanne values: "Be Joanne. Be nice. Be local. Be there".

Who You Are

  1. A kind personality that puts service first
  2. A team player
  3. Ideally trained as a bartender or with comparable experience (but don't worry, we are also happy to welcome a dedicated personality that's eager to learn)
  4. Someone who likes to work on a flexible schedule with varying service styles
  5. Fluent in English
  6. A problem-solver with good communication skills who takes initiative and handles challenges with confidence.
