Vi skal implementere Fremtidens S-bane og søger dig som projektleder til at drive forandringerne i DSB’s driftsorganisation.

Fra 2027 overtager DSB opgaver og ansvar vedr. S-banen fra Banedanmark. Du kommer til at bidrage til implementering af ændringer, der sikrer en effektiv togdrift.

Vi er 13 dygtige kolleger der står klar til at byde dig velkommen i Driftsstøtte- og Udvikling.

Blandt dine nye kolleger er der mange dygtige projektledere, der sidder med lignende udviklingsopgaver på andre områder, så der er rig mulighed for sparring.

Vi identificerer løbende forbedringer, digitaliseringsmuligheder og optimeringer i processer, værktøjer og arbejdsgange – og vi ser frem til at modtage dine gode input.

Din hverdag

Du medvirker til at koordinere og realisere de forandringer, som kommer fra Fremtidens S-bane programmet i den daglige drift. Helt konkret betyder overdragelsen eksempelvis, at enheder der tidligere var delt i Banedanmark og DSB, nu slås sammen.

Dine primære opgaver bliver at planlægge og gennemføre projekter med involvering af relevante ledere og medarbejdere i organisationen. Du vil også have et tæt samarbejde med projektledere fra andre afdelinger.

En typisk arbejdsdag kan starte med, at du hilser på kollegaerne i vores afdeling Driftsstøtte og Udvikling. Da det er onsdag, mødes vi alle til det ugentlige briefingmøde i vores hovedkvarter i Høje Taastrup.

Herefter forbereder du en præsentation til et informationsmøde for medarbejdere i driftscentret som finder sted næste uge.

Her er det din opgave at kommunikere nogle af de tiltag som en kommende sammenlægning medfører. Organisationsændringer kan til tider medføre modstand i de indledende faser, og her benytter du dine erfaringer med forandringsledelse til at sikre følgeskab.

Før frokost når du også en kort briefing med samarbejdspartnere fra Fremtidens S-bane programmet. Efter frokost afvikler du et styregruppemøde for et af de projekter du er ansvarlig for. Dagen afsluttes med et sparringsmøde med chefen for driftscentret i København.

I morgen arbejder du hjemmefra, så præsentationen kan finpudses uden afbrydelser.

Du har din base på hovedkvarteret i Høje Taastrup men en del af din dagligdag er at være til stede hos vores interessenter på forskellige lokationer i Storkøbenhavn. Du vil få god mulighed for at tilrettelægge din egen tid.

Hvem er du?

Du motiveres af tværorganisatorisk arbejde og trives i mødet med mange forskellige mennesker. Du er dygtig til at knytte gode relationer. Du har fokus på både målet og de mennesker der skal nå det.

Din evne til at kommunikere letforståeligt betyder, at alle involverede parter køber ind på mål og opgave.

Fagligt kan du se dig selv i følgende:

  • Du har styr på projektstyringsværktøjerne – du er formentlig certificeret i PRINCE2 eller lign.
  • Du er metodisk og struktureret i din tilgang til opgaverne.
  • Erfaring med gennemførelse af større transformationsprojekter – gerne med erfaring hvor projekter har været en del af et program.
  • Måske har du tidligere erfaring med fusioner eller opgaveoverdragelser mellem enheder i en større organisation.
