Here’s a bit more about us: We are four small and very close restaurants that are quite busy. Our guests expect good food, wine, and our unique service. We work as an international team, with staff from Italy, France, the UK, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Poland, Russia, and Denmark. Our spoken language is English with a charming and relaxed dialect. We value a big and clean smile, an outgoing and service-minded attitude, and a willingness to learn and move fast.

We are strict about our work ethic; we do not accept yelling or stress in the restaurants, even when they are full of people We have fun, help each other out, and work efficiently – it’s our motto.

We are looking for the following staff:
  1. Experienced Chefs: You must have years of experience behind a stove and be accustomed to busy, high-pressure service. You should be able to keep calm, move fast, and prepare delicious food even when everything is hectic.
  2. Kitchen Help: Experience working in kitchens is required, including helping with prep for service and assisting as a waiter. You should be willing to perform various helpful tasks in preparation for service.
  3. Waiters: You should have experience and a positive, charming attitude, along with knowledge about wine and attentive guest service. You must be outgoing and strive to provide excellent service.
  4. Experienced Dishwashers: Previous experience is necessary (not just at home). You should know how to organize in chaos, be unafraid to get your hands dirty, and move quickly when needed. Dishwashers play an important role in service and are highly appreciated links between the kitchen and the floor.
