Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout to ensure projects are delivered on scope, on schedule, and within budget, in line with contractual requirements and established project delivery processes.
- Support Jacobs’ One Water initiative, with a focus on Water Resource Recovery Solutions for the Americas East Region.
- Champion the integration of Digital Water Solutions and Climate Resilience into Jacobs’ Growth & Sales strategies.
- Contribute to the growth of the wastewater practice within the Americas Southeast Geography Water Market, developing strategies to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions while expanding and diversifying the client base.
- Engage in business development activities to secure new contracts, including building client relationships, positioning for specific projects, preparing proposals, and delivering presentations in alignment with established business development practices.
- Attract, mentor, and retain top talent by actively coaching, sponsoring, and training team members. Participate in global Communities of Practice to share technical knowledge and lessons learned across regions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in engineering and consulting leadership roles, specifically in Water, Wastewater, and related markets.
- Strong expertise in technical solutions and project delivery, with a proven track record of leading teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a self-motivated, team-oriented approach and strong technical problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships that lead to the procurement of new and repeat consulting work.
