Deliver the best quality
As a Test Engineer, you will be part of a Scrum-based development team that uses Scrum in its daily work, and where you will help the team to deliver the best possible quality in our products and make a difference for our customers. You will provide insights into the quality of the software throughout the product life cycle, and support the developers, projects and the organisation to make the correct quality decisions. In addition, your key tasks will include:

  • Preparing tests of new functionality, including early test design and risk assessments and identifying test environment needs.
  • Sparring with peers and the team on suitable test strategies.
  • Implementing and executing manual testing.
  • Reporting, managing and verifying defects.
  • Taking part in executing system tests, integration tests, performance tests and occasionally acceptance tests with customers.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the project test framework and strategy.

To begin with, you will cooperate closely with a Mentor who will guide and advise you on how to conduct testing in Systematic.

Passionate about testing and inspiring others
We are looking for a new colleague who is passionate about testing quality products and inspiring others to do the same. As our new colleague, you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, health technology or similar, and ideally have 1-2 years of relevant experience, possibly from a student job, an internship or your first job after graduating. In addition, we also envisage that you:

  • Are prepared to work independently, driving development tasks where you are responsible for quality, functionality and estimates for your feature.
  • Are full of drive and dare to make mistakes and learn from them.
  • Are motivated by a desire for constant professional development in a context and system that is constantly evolving and changing.
  • Have an analytical and structured approach.
  • Have knowledge/experience with one or more of the used technologies/tools: SQL, TestRail, R4J, Jira or Postman.
  • Are native Danish-speaking and fluent in English.

Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects.
