In this role you will be the strong and trusted legal partner to Head of Western Europe Markets
The role is based in Billund, Denmark.
Please note that relocation support is not offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
- Leading legal work in Western Europe Markets
- Partner management – from executive level down to mid-management and specialist
- Leading legal negotiations
- Ensuring high compliance level

The WE Legal Team is a team with regional (Western Europe Markets and IPR enforcement) and global responsibility within Operations, Facilities and Procurement, dedicated to providing legal assistance across our areas for key tasks and projects that support the LEGO Group’s strategic priorities and commercial agenda.
Do you have what it takes?
A legal degree combined with:
- Minimum 8 years of (post-graduate) global experience from in-house or private practice within commercial legal work, preferably with legal experience within Sales, Marketing, Retail and Compliance
- Collaborative mentality
- Proven track record in complex negotiations and partner management at the highest level
- Strong commercial understanding across multiple levels of the value chain
And of course, we expect you to take initiative, recognize and act on legal issues as well as being able to thrive in a changing environment.
