As an Assortment Planner, you will support the development of Pandora’s collection architecture, financial planning, and sell-out forecasting. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the commercial success of our collections while aligning them with the broader Range Framework assortment strategy.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will provide data-driven insights, optimize product lifecycles, and deliver key merchandising deliverables that maximize collection performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build bottom-up assortment architecture and financial plans that meet top-down financial targets for collections.
- Deliver accurate sell-out forecasts across all milestones to align collection financial targets.
- Facilitate product lifecycle management from creation to exit to optimize the assortment.
- Collaborate with global and local merchandising teams to support execution and maximize commercial opportunities.
- Adhere to collection article frames and financial targets while implementing Range Framework initiatives.
- Prepare key merchandising deliverables for the New Product Development (NPD) process, supporting annual planning and key milestones.
- Analyze trade results and identify future risks, opportunities, and product trends.
- Provide data-driven insights to create impactful newness assortments that drive collection growth.
What You Bring to the Team:
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for analytics and a commercial mindset. Your ability to simplify complex insights and collaborate with stakeholders will be critical to your success in this role.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Merchandising, Demand Planning, Buying, or Allocation, ideally in retail or fashion.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with PLM, buying, or forecasting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
