Joining the Associate Manager Pipeline

We are looking for Associate Managers in all our locations: Kalundborg, Bagsværd, Gentofte, Hillerød, Søborg, Måløv, Kirke Værløse, Køge, and Hjørring.

The positions
We are currently looking for Associate Managers for various teams across Novo Nordisk, such as Production, Production Support, IT, Automation and Robotics, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Business Support.

Qualifications
To succeed as an Associate Manager, you have great interpersonal skills complemented by an interest in leadership or people management experience.

Furthermore:

  1. A relevant educational background.
  2. A broad and well-proven leadership toolbox or aspirations to become a leader.
  3. You are fluent in Danish or English.

It is considered an advantage to have:

  1. Pharma experience or any other regulated industry.
  2. Lean experience.
  3. GMP knowledge.
