We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Architect to partner with our engineering Global Business Area (Business Domain), who thrives in aligning technology roadmap and strategies with business goals, to drive growth and operational excellence. If you are passionate about collaborating with business leaders to shape strategies and have data-centric mindset, we want to hear from you.

What you will do

You will join Technology Architecture in Ramboll Tech. You will be working closely with a specific Global Business Area/business domain. Your focus will be on delivering value by shaping strategies, roadmaps, and solutions that directly address the challenges and opportunities of our business functions.

Where you will make an impact:

  • How we work : Align how we work globally, automate repetitive processes, improve maturity, and use potential of data, AI and digital products. Support IDT Director and Transport GBA with future-proof technology choices.
  • What we offer : Shape Transport's Technology roadmap to align business capabilities with strategic goals. Lead creation of technology roadmaps based on business goals for Transport.
  • How we innovate: Deliver Innovative Technology Assessment; analyse and help business leaders understand, apply, monetize and operationalize existing, new, and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with our Global Business Area to understand business objectives and shape technology roadmaps that align business & technology strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance on data-driven implementation and best practices to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, project and product teams to define target state architecture that drive value.
  • Provide advice and guidance for technology portfolio assessments.
  • Provide thought leadership on tech trends and disruptions.
  • Actively engage with technology providers to explore innovative solutions.
  • Support business digital leaders and product teams in identifying and addressing technology risks.
  • Coach and mentor other architects, product teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Effectively provide guiding principles, standards, and minimal viable architectures.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in enterprise architecture.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with business leaders to co-create technology strategies.
  • Experience working with different delivery models, and being part of agile delivery.
  • Proven track record in large and complex global companies.

Skills:

  • Mastery of all components of enterprise architecture.
  • Knowledge of business ecosystems and relevant technologies.
  • Passion for data and experience in shaping data architecture.
  • Understanding of core technologies.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to navigate and influence.
