Lead Management Consultant with hands-on experience with operational excellence in regulated industries

Are you an experienced Lead Management Consultant with hands-on experience in LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies ? Do you have experience working with operations or productions in a regulated industry?

If you also thrive on leading transformative projects in some of Europe's most innovative pharma and biotech companies, you may be our new Lead Management Consultant at Emendo Improvement

Depending on your work experience, you can enter the position as either a Lead or a Senior.

Here is what you will be working with

As a Lead Management Consultant at Emendo Improvement, you will oversee projects that provide our customers with a competitive edge, addressing their most significant challenges. Your responsibilities will include conducting preliminary analyses to identify improvement initiatives, training/coaching customers, developing strategies, and implementing solutions. Curiosity about challenges and innovative solutions is essential.

You will frequently work on-site with customers, where understanding the process and creating value is paramount. You will directly impact your assigned projects and contribute to our company's development.

Qualifications & Characteristics

  • You have 4-6 years of experience in operational excellence.
  • You have practical, hands-on experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma.
  • You have extensive experience in operations (production) management, consulting, or project management.
  • You have a proven track record of implementing sustainable solutions, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • You are analytical, systematic, and believe in data-driven decision-making.
  • You are a keen learner, unafraid of exploring the unknown.
  • You are passionate, empathetic, and willing to "get your hands dirty" on site.
  • You are an excellent communicator, able to convey information effectively across all organizational levels, from shop floor operators to executive management.
