Are you a seasoned, conceptually driven brand copywriter with over a decade of experience? Lunar is seeking an English-speaking senior Copywriter to deliver exceptional B2B and B2C brand communications, preferably with a finance background, for an exciting three-month freelance assignment.

If you speak fluent Danish or Swedish, it's a plus.

You’ll collaborate with Lunar’s Creative Studio to shape our brand voice, create compelling content, and elevate creative excellence.

As a Senior Copywriter, you need to hit the ground running, taking the lead in developing high-quality, smart, witty, and persuasive content for Lunar’s marketing and product initiatives across a range of audiences, including business, consumer, and kids.

You’ll play a critical role in shaping, maintaining, and evolving Lunar’s tone of voice , ensuring it resonates across diverse markets while maintaining consistency.
You’ll also work on translating brand propositions into impactful marketing and campaign materials that reflect Lunar’s vision and values, providing a toolkit and arsenal that helps Lunar deliver standout campaigns going forward.


What will you do?

Concept Development and Tone of Voice Ownership:

  • Lead the development of our Tone of Voice (TOV) toolkit across the Lunar brand, working alongside design to deliver a comprehensive brand book and brand kit that elevate Lunar’s brand going forward.

  • Take full ownership of Lunar’s Tone of Voice, refining and evolving it to remain distinct, engaging, and relevant, and be its gatekeeper across our channels.

  • Lead and develop innovative and market-relevant concepts for campaigns across multiple regions and Lunar's many channels.

  • Translate brand propositions into clear, compelling narratives that align with campaign objectives and resonate with target audiences.

Content Creation:

  • Craft engaging and persuasive copy for various channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and product descriptions.

  • Ensure all content is aligned with Lunar’s brand identity and strengthens our unique Tone of Voice across platforms.

  • Support the social media and content strategy projects by helping identify powerful positioning and angles for Lunar’s content.

Campaign Development:

  • Partner with the brand and marketing teams to develop integrated campaign concepts that capture attention and drive results.

  • Write high-quality copy that delights audiences, fulfills campaign objectives, and engages audiences effectively.

Editing and Proofreading:

  • Proactively scan all copy and identify improvements at all levels and across all channels.

  • Deliver polished, accurate, and error-free content that adheres to brand guidelines.

  • Maintain consistency and precision across all written materials.

Collaboration and Mentorship:

  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and other team members to create cohesive marketing materials.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior writers, fostering creativity and skill development.

  • Creative Content: Create persuasive, high-quality copy that achieves standout creative excellence and memorable work, embodying Lunar’s values and enhancing campaign performance.

  • Tone of Voice Excellence: Consistently apply, challenge, and develop Lunar’s brand voice across all touchpoints to elevate its impact.

  • Campaign Effectiveness: Craft well-developed content that drives measurable engagement, leads, and conversions, using feedback to refine and improve.

  • Market Relevance: Produce copy that aligns with industry trends and audience preferences while ensuring Lunar stands out.

  • Collaboration: Foster seamless teamwork to produce cohesive and impactful materials.

  • Time Management: Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and proactively handle a busy workflow.
