About the Role:

We're looking for a full-time dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. Experience with Business travel is very much prioritized. In this role, you'll keep crushing our targets collaborating closely with our Sales & Marketing teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through strategic outreach efforts. As our focus markets are UKI, Nordics, Benelux, DACH, we will prioritize related language and cultural skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify leads through prospecting and cold outreaching

  • Drive sales pipeline growth through effective lead-generation techniques

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling messaging and materials

  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media to engage prospects

  • Schedule meetings and demos for the Account Executive team

  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to optimize lead-generation strategies

  • Help Account Executives to follow up on Deals and nurture the prospects

Requirements:
  • Located in Europe or UK

  • Previous experience in sales development or a similar role

  • Knowledge of the Business Travel industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with CRM software (Hubspot) and sales automation tools

  • A passion for sustainability and making a positive impact
