En leder der går forrest
Cosmetic afdelingen tæller i alt 20 medarbejdere som hver dag stræber efter at give Magasins kunder en oplevelse ud over det forventede. Teamet består både af fuldtids- og deltidsmedarbejdere, og som Sales & Service Manager vil du varetage alle facetter af ledelsespaletten for teamet i forhold til ansættelser, MUS, udvikling, motivation og træning samt udarbejdelse af arbejdsplaner.

Vi søger dig som holder af at have mange bolde i luften og brænder for at skabe resultater igennem meningsskabende og motiverende ledelse.

I rollen som Sales & Service Manager står du i spidsen for afdelingens performance som blandt andet indebærer KPI'er indenfor salg, lager og budgetter. I det daglige vil du have tæt samarbejde og sparring med det øvrige ledergruppe på 11 kollegaer og forretningsledelsen.

Herudover vil du have et tæt samarbejde med eksterne partnere indenfor kosmetikområdet og interne interessenter som indkøb, HR, VM Retail og Marketing.

Vi søger en Sales & Service Manager der:

  • Motiveres af at skabe forretningsmæssig succes igennem nærværende ledelse
  • Kan styrke relationer og fællesskab i dit team, og derved skabe gode rammer for at dyrke den indre motivation, der fører til højere trivsel, arbejdsglæde og performance ud over det forventede
  • Forstår at navigere i følsomme emner og skabe en konstruktiv dialog i forbindelse med svære samtaler, der fører til løsninger og gladere medarbejdere
  • Har kendskab til retail KPI'er og drives at at optimere performance
  • Kommer med stærk retailerfaring, branchekendskab fra beauty verdenen, god forretningsforståelse og har et skarpt blik for købmandsskab
  • Brænder for at skabe de bedste shoppeoplevelser for Magasins kunder
  • Ønsker at arbejde i en konceptstyret virksomhed, hvor samarbejde med interne interessenter og eksterne partnere er en del af hverdagen
