Dine arbejdsopgaver

Du vil indgå i et socialt og energisk miljø, hvor tillid, ansvar og engagement er nøgleord. Vi har travlt, og derfor keder vi os aldrig. Du vil yde bred IT-support på tværs af systemer, applikationer og enheder samt være med i forskellige IT-projekter. Dine opgaver vil blandt andet omfatte:

  • On-site IT-support for vores hovedkontor, herunder stakeholders og ledere.
  • Support af hardware og operativsystemer på tværs af platforme.
  • Fejlfinding og support af netværk, printere, AV-udstyr og mobile enheder.
  • Support af kommunikationsapplikationer som Microsoft Teams.
  • Løbende opfølgning og kommunikation med brugerne omkring incident-håndtering.
  • Sikre og optimere driften ved at opsamle viden og udvikle nye tiltag.
  • Dokumentation og vedligeholdelse af knowledge base.
  • Tæt samarbejde med eksterne supportpartnere og interne teams i både Danmark, Schweiz og UK.
  • Håndtering af supporthenvendelser via ServiceNow samt telefonisk support.
  • Arbejde i Microsoft Suite, Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune.

Vi søger en IT-supportprofil med en god teknisk forståelse, der kan arbejde selvstændigt og samtidig trives i et teamorienteret miljø. Det er vigtigt, at du har en serviceorienteret tilgang og en positiv indstilling.

Minimum krav:

  • Flydende på dansk og engelsk.
  • Stærke kommunikationsevner og evnen til at tilpasse budskaber til forskellige målgrupper.
  • Erfaring med IT-support på tværs af forskellige platforme og enheder.
  • Interesse for ny teknologi og lyst til at udvikle dine kompetencer.
  • Proaktiv tilgang til problemløsning og evne til at strukturere opgaver.

Løn og ansættelsesvilkår

Der er tale om en fuldtidsstilling med fast løn efter kvalifikationer. Arbejdsstedet er vores hovedkontor i Valby. Stillingen kræver fysisk tilstedeværelse på kontoret minimum 4 dage om ugen.
