Sundhedsdatastyrelsen har et nationalt ansvar for at udvikle og drive sundheds-it og sundhedsdataløsninger. Sunddataplatformen som bl.a. rummer vores data warehouse er den centrale infrastruktur, hvor de nationale sundhedsdata samles og behandles, så de kan bruges som grundlag for bl.a. analyser, forskning, udstilling, politiske beslutninger og til forbedring af patientbehandlingen.

Som system manager kan du betragtes som projektleder for et it-system i drift. Hvis der er operationelle opgaver, der skal løses, vil det være dig, der sørger for, at det sker - enten selv eller ved at være den tovholder, der sikrer fremdrift, kommer med beslutningsoplæg og koordinerer opgaver.

Din hverdag hos os
Du bliver en del af et mindre team, hvor vi sammen sikrer forvaltningen af forretningskritiske løsninger i samarbejde med vores leverandører. Du kommer til at overtage et set-up med veldokumenterede processer men med mulighed for, at du kan præge processerne og gøre en forskel. Du skal bl.a. være med til at udvikle og implementere en governancestruktur, der sikrer klar ansvarsfordeling mellem de forskellige leverandører og anvendere af Sunddataplatformen.

Dine primære opgaver som System Manager vil bl.a. omfatte:

  • Sikre drift og vedligeholdelse af Sunddataplatformen ved at følge op på kontrakter med leverandører, foretage løbende økonomiopfølgning mv.
  • Sikre overvågning af Sunddataplatformens ydeevne og forebyggelse af potentielle problemer
  • Planlægge og gennemføre systemopgraderinger og opdateringer
  • Sikre datasikkerhed og overholdelse af relevante lovgivninger og standarder
  • Dokumentere systemændringer og udarbejde tekniske vejledninger

Din uddannelse, erfaring og personlige kvalifikationer
Din uddannelse og baggrund er ikke så vigtig, men det vil være et plus, hvis du har et par års erfaring med sundheds-it eller med forvaltning af it-systemer. Du kan også være nyuddannet med lyst til at prøve kræfter med rollen som system manager. Det vigtigste er, at du kan tage ansvar og medvirke til at sikre fremdrift i et teknisk setup, hvor mange interne og eksterne interessenter er afhængige af vores dataleverancer.

Arbejdsopgaverne er mange og forskelligartede, derfor er det en fordel, hvis du er skarp og har en udpræget systematisk tilgang til opgaverne. Der er en del skrivearbejde, dokumentation og koordinering i stillingen, så du skal kunne kommunikere klart og forståeligt på dansk.

Derudover lægger vi vægt på, at du har en god forretningsforståelse og hurtigt kan identificere løsningsalternativer til konkrete problemstillinger.

Om afdelingen
I Sundhedsdatastyrelsen har vi ansvaret for indsamling, behandling, udstilling og formidling af danske sundhedsdata, så de kan bruges til sundhedsforskning, som grundlag for politiske beslutninger og til forbedring af patientbehandlingen. Du bliver en del af afdelingen Datainfrastruktur og Forskerservice, der bl.a. har ansvar for forvaltning, drift og udvikling af it-dataløsninger på Sunddataplatformen. Afdelingen består af ca. 60 primært akademiske medarbejdere med en god blanding af erfaring og uddannelsesmæssig baggrund.
