JOB TITLE - Senior Platform Product Owner
LOCATION - Copenhagen, Denmark (HYBRID ROLE)
Maersk is looking for an experienced Senior Platform Product Owner to drive the product strategy and execution plan for our Order Handling domain.
As a Senior Platform Product Owner , you will be part of the Business Enabling Platforms team responsible for creating and delivering a modern order handling domain that allows both customers and agents to create, modify, and manage bookings for Maersk products.
Our goal is to simplify the customer experience by providing self-service and intuitive journeys. For our internal teams, we are here to enable them to focus on value-add activities by automating tasks and creating integrated experiences.

About the roleYou will join a talented team that is passionate about prioritizing the needs of our customers (internal and external) while delivering value for the business.
The ideal candidate is motivated by complex problems while driving for simplicity and scale within their solutions.
In this role, you will:- Be responsible for the implementation of our strategic priorities, ensuring that all product teams involved are prioritizing and delivering to achieve that goal.
- Manage the roadmap and value realization for one or more multi-disciplinary teams to iteratively deliver customer and business outcomes.
- Set measurable goals for your product that roll up into our portfolio success measures and value drivers. Report against these monthly to demonstrate progress against stated benefits.
- Develop an expert understanding of customers’ needs and promote these in the delivery of your products, advocating the value of user-centered design to the wider business.
- Coordinate product development with other product teams to minimize risks and manage dependencies.
- Engage with users, customers, and stakeholders through a range of channels to encourage awareness and use of your product.
- Be involved in a range of program management activities, in support of the head of product, and play an instrumental role in the Maersk.com product team sharing your learning and celebrating progress.

- Is comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders from across the business, including senior stakeholders, representing the work of your team and demonstrating its contribution to overall company priorities.
- Has a proven track record of guiding multi-disciplinary teams to successfully deliver products that scale from minimum viable product (MVP) to full digital maturity.
- Is committed to delivering measurable results and is self-assured in interpreting data to make evidence-based decisions.
- Is dedicated to understanding user needs and eager to learn about the diverse functions of the business, using your knowledge to make informed product decisions.
- Is motivated to develop product principles, practices, and processes to allow teams to collaboratively build the right thing, the right way.
