Som Manager for Category Mangement bliver du en del af et dynamisk og ambitiøst team, hvor du får ansvaret for at sammensætte og vedligeholde sortimentet af smartphones og tilbehør hos 3. Du vil have en central rolle i forhandlinger med leverandører og samarbejde tæt med interne interessenter for at sikre de bedste produkter og aftaler, der matcher vores strategi og salgsmål. Derudover får du en ledende rolle i et mindre team, hvor du skal sikre motivation, struktur og fremdrift i det daglige arbejde.

Ansvarsområder og primære opgaver

  • Sikre at vi i 3 altid har de rette produkter i vores sortiment
  • Fastholde et tæt samarbejde med leverandører og forhandle de bedste aftaler
  • Lede, motivere og udvikle et mindre team
  • Planlægge og styre indkøb i samarbejde med Supply Chain og Finans
  • Formidle målsætninger til salgskanaler og sikre fokus på dem
  • Koordinere kommunikationstiltag og kampagner med marketing
  • Ansvarlig for produktlanceringer, prissætning og afsætningsmetode
  • Indgå i internationalt forum med 3's europæiske søsterselskaber

Hvem er du?

For at få succes i rollen har du en stærk kommerciel forståelse, kendskab til købsprocesser og en god fornemmelse for markedet. Du arbejder struktureret med go-to-market planlægning og eksekvering samt evner at overholde deadlines, så produkterne lanceres til tiden. Samtidig trives du i en lederrolle, hvor du kan motivere og udvikle dit team.

Du vil have et tæt samarbejde med både interne og eksterne parter og det er essentielt, at du formår at opbygge og vedligeholde stærke relationer. Du er derfor vellidt, overbevisende og har nemt ved at sælge dit budskab. Du er en stærk kommunikator, formår at tænke langsigtet og evner altid at være et skridt foran indenfor de produktkategorier du er ansvarlig for.

Du har sandsynligvis en videregående uddannelse inden for salg, handel og/eller økonomi eller er uddannet inden for detail- eller salgsbranchen. Vigtigst er det, at du har erfaring som produktchef eller lignende, gerne indenfor Consumer Electronics, eller lignende brancher.
