Som Gym Manager vil du være tilknyttetvores center GL. Vardevej i Esbjerg som daglig leder, hvor din vigtigste rolle er at sikre den gode medlemsoplevelse samt være et forbillede for centerpersonalet.

Det er dit ansvar at sikre, at dit center altid leverer en høj performance og et godt miljø for både medarbejdere og medlemmer. Du skal derfor være en person med gode lederegenskaber, som forstår at være nærværende og synlig overfor både medarbejdere og medlemmer.

Du vil blive en del af et dagligt team bestående af Gym Staffs, holdinstruktører og personlige trænere samt din District Manager. Har du en drøm om at udvikle din lederkarriere, så erPureGymdet helt rette for dig, da mulighederne er mange.

Stillingen som Gym Manager er fuldtid, og tidligere erfaring som leder af et fitnesscenter, butikschef eller lignende er en klar fordel, men vigtigst af alt er din passion og interesse for jobbet. Du skal være en ildsjæl, der brænder for fitness, driftsarbejde og personaleledelse.

Dine kvalifikationer
  • Du er en person med gode lederegenskaber, som forstår at være nærværende og synlig
  • Du brænder for at skabe en god stemning og et sikkert træningsmiljø i centeret og derigennem sikre den gode medlemsoplevelse
  • Du har en stor passion for personaleledelse samt for interaktionen med medlemmer for at sikre den bedste medlemsoplevelse
  • Du trives i en foranderlig hverdag med både alsidige og rutineprægede arbejdsopgaver og griber dem an ud fra et analytisk og datadrevet afsæt
