Virksomhedens program med multistations flexo-trykmaskiner bringer merværdi til stort set alle emballageformer, inklusive selvklæbende etiketter, karton, bølgepap og massiv karton og fleksibel emballage. Der tilbydes desuden et komplet udvalg af avanceret tilbehør og udstyr til producenter af originalt udstyr og slutbrugere på flexo-, dybtryk- og offsetmarkederne. Derudover anvender TRESU sin tekniske ekspertise til design af højteknologiske løsninger såsom belægningsmaskiner til den digitale trykningsindustri. Organisationen
Der er omkring 170 medarbejdere på hovedkontoret beliggende tæt ved motorvejen i Kolding samt lokalt ansatte i salgsselskaberne i USA, Tyskland, Italien, Japan og Kina. TRESU står stærkt med en moderne organisation, nyt hovedkontor og et stort potentiale. Virksomheden er i en spændende fase, hvor organisationen skal styrkes på flere områder, hvorfor der nu søges en R&D ingeniør.

Stillingen
Denne stilling er placeret i divisionen TRESU Ancillary, som produktudvikler, producerer og afsætter en bred vifte af højtydende offset- og flexo-udstyr indenfor Kammersystemer, Farve/laksystemer, coatingsystemer, tørreteknologi og klichérensersystemer. TRESU Ancillary afsætter til OEM-leverandørers såvel som til slutkunders trykmaskiner inden for flexo-, digital- og offsetprint over hele verden. Stillingen refererer til Head of Engineering og man indgår i et team af dygtige Design Engineers. I Ancillary divisionen er desuden Product Management samt salg og salgs back placeret.

Som Design Engineer arbejder man med sine egne opgaver enten på konkrete kundeprojekter eller i forbindelse med videreudvikling af grundmoduler. Kundeprojekterne er kendetegnet ved, at de teknisk udgør en afgrænset del af den samlede produktionslinje hos kunderne, og at alle løsninger optimalt tager afsæt i kendt teknologi og maskiner – eller en kombination af systemer og komponenter som allerede findes. Man får en bred berøringsflade med 2D tegninger til underleverandører i udlandet samt til PTA, montage, forsendelse og kunder.

Succeskriterier
Design Engineeren Forventes Efter 12 Måneder At Have

  • Fået et godt indblik i TRESU`s metoder og produkter
  • Gennemført projekter rettidigt og til planlagt kvalitet og økonomi
  • Opbygget et godt og tillidsfuldt samarbejde med de øvrige i afdelingen, såvel som med den øvrige organisation

Kandidaten
Du har sandsynligvis en uddannelse som smed, maskinarbejder eller anden uddannelse indenfor jern og metal og senere taget en uddannelse som produktionsteknolog. Du har min. 2-3 års erfaring med at udføre konstruktioner i SolidWorks eller Inventor. Du trives med selvstændigt at have flere mindre projekter kørende sideløbende og være med i forløbet fra start til slut. Du har forståelse for projektøkonomi og projektledelse. Du har en god teknisk helhedsforståelse for både Engineering, el og automation. Du trives med en bred kontaktflade og har gode kommunikationsevner og trives også i dialog med professionelle kunder fra større organisationer. Der kan forekomme rejsedage anslået til 20-30 dage årligt.

Øvrige Kvalifikationer

  • Gerne erfaring med SAP, men ikke et krav
  • Erfaring med Officepakken
  • Det er et krav at kunne tale og skrive dansk og engelsk
