Job Description

Do you want the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working for one of the world's biggest and most prominent technological companies? You are offered the opportunity to focus on a key area within R&D Controlling and Finance, allowing you to deepen your expertise and make a significant impact. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from the Nordic region including Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.

You will become part of our Business Controlling team, thereby having the opportunity to get hands-on experience working in a big global company.

Your main tasks will be:

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the project resource management tool by tracking entries, collaborating with stakeholders, and proactively ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  2. Get hands-on experience with Business and R&D Controlling where you will perform thorough analysis of monthly data and evaluate performance of key products.
  3. Work on projects and develop solutions that will bring valuable insight to our business managers.
  4. Work in different systems and applications depending on the task given.
  5. Analyze and create reports.
  6. Contribute to the success of the Business Controlling function with innovative ideas and insight.
  7. Support with daily ad hoc tasks.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to get guidance and mentoring from controlling and finance professionals to elevate your competencies and increase your performance. You will be given the opportunity to handle several tasks independently which will help you become familiar with the global processes at Bosch as well as the local requirements.

Qualifications

We imagine you are a student within Finance, Business Administration or similar and are interested in working with business controlling within a big global company. Furthermore, we expect you to be:

  1. Fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
  2. Highly motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.

If you have any knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Power BI, we see this as a great advantage.
