On behalf of Stena Rederi A/S, MARPRO Group is looking for a Process & Payroll Coordinator for the office in Hellerup. You will join a dynamic and diverse team, reporting directly to the Marine HR & Payroll Team Lead.

The job
As a Process & Payroll Coordinator, you will be instrumental in delivering precise and compliant payroll services in line with applicable regulations. Your primary focus will be on enhancing and automating payroll processes, serving as the key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries. In this role, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline workflows, minimize manual tasks, and ensure punctual and accurate monthly payments. This position offers a dynamic mix of daily responsibilities and strategic projects, providing a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an international shipping environment.

Professional qualifications

• Relevant education like e.g. finance, payroll, HR or a general office education.
• Strong ability to collaborate across cultures and functions and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
