Your Role
As a Growth Engineer at Tonsser, you'll be a vital part of our growth team , directly impacting and unlocking our fast-growing football platform. The growth team is a special part of the company focussed on analysing, developing, testing, validating and experimenting with smaller fast paced growth projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, and rigorously test hypotheses to uncover new growth levers that can be scaled.
- Dive deep into user behavior analytics to pinpoint growth opportunities
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimental initiatives.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve key business objectives effectively
Qualifications
- Strong in Ruby on Rails and partly some frontend and SQL
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
- Innovative and creative thinker with a hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable with Analytics tools and Excel.
- Ability to analyze user data
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Curious by nature and a fast learner
What We Expect
We are looking for someone who is versatile, able to prototype , ideate , build and understand the underlying data, or even ensuring the data exists in the first place.
You should be a team player, ready to share ideas and respect diverse opinions. Your problem-solving skills should lead you to find the best solution for the moment. Your experience is broad, and covers Python, Ruby on Rails, Data scraping manipulation, maybe even some SEO. Keywords being broad , versatile and having a curious mindset .
